I wanted to get the word out that Fast CAT Camp will resume on Friday the 23rd. Maria and I are going to take a week off and then we'll be right back for more Fast CAT fun. Of course, that's if the weather permits. We still have another month of summer and there seems to be no end to the amount of rain that can fall from the sky.
We dodged a bullet today. It rained like mad in DeLand but never moved far enough east to hit us. A couple more days without rain and the lawn might not be squishy to walk on. It's like walking on a sponge in certain areas. Luckily the track is in good shape and there are plenty of dry spots up in that area of the property. I'm hoping we get luckier with the weather for this Camp. Time will tell.
Speaking of time, we're running out of time until the WVKC Annual Dog Show. Maria and I, and a lot of you hopefully, will be at the Friday Fast CAT events so unless we managed to get all the sessions in, Camp will have to be cancelled Friday, September the 20th. We'll pick right back up the 27th. But we could luck out and not have to cancel any of the sessions for the four weeks prior to the show. I wouldn't put money on that happening but, hey, it's possible.

Hope to see all the familiar faces and a bunch of new ones for our next camp. The more the merrier. There's plenty of time to run every dog multiple times. If you know anyone that might like trying something like this with their dog, tell them to come on out and give it a go. You never know until you try.
