Grooming
Reserved Grooming – West Volusia Kennel Club Dog Show
Townsend Building – $90 for All Three Days
Hours & Setup:

Grooming opens Thursday, September 17 at 11:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM.
-
Friday–Saturday hours: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM, grooming closes after Best in Show on Sunday.

Unloading is at the rear of the Townsend Building only. You’ll be directed to a designated drop-off zone inside the gate. Parking in the unloading area is prohibited—violators will be towed at their own expense.​

​​​Enjoy a well-lit, air-conditioned grooming area in the Townsend Building—perfect for keeping dogs comfortable while you prep for the ring. Reserved grooming spaces are available for $85 and cover all three days. Each space is approximately 8' x 8'. Please note: only one size option is available, and no partial-day reservations will be accepted.

Important Guidelines:

Reserve multiple spots at the same time to ensure your spots are together.

Reservations are for all three days only. No proration and no refunds.

No soft-sided or mesh crates in grooming or ringside areas.
-
All electrical cords crossing aisles must be taped down or they will be removed.
-
Electricity must be shared.
-
Each crate must include emergency contact information.
-
Dogs may not be left overnight in the grooming area—the building will be locked nightly.
-
Grooming spaces must be kept clean daily and will be monitored. Failure to follow committee directions may result in loss of your reserved space.

No rugs or mats are allowed.

Grooming spaces will be clearly marked with your name or assigned number upon arrival.

The area is managed and enforced by WVKC representatives.
