RV PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE – RESERVATIONS OPEN AUGUST 1st!
All spots must be purchased in advance through the website. Specific parking locations are determined on a first come, first served basis. Grounds Chair has final say on all RV parking assignments.

97 spaces with 30/50 Amp electric and water hookups. Of these, 65 sites also include sewer, and 32 sites offer electric and water only.

🚨 Important Info for RV Arrivals

Follow all posted signs when entering the Fairgrounds

No RVs behind the grooming building or in general parking

You must park in designated RV areas or center field

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

🚗 Trailers, tow vehicles, and dollies will have a designated parking area.

Be courteous to fellow exhibitors — and ask staff if you need help!

Reserved Grooming – West Volusia Kennel Club Dog Show

Townsend Building – $85 for All Three Days
SPACE IS LIMITED – RESERVE EARLY! RESERVATIONS OPEN AUGUST 1st!
Enjoy a well-lit, air-conditioned grooming area in the Townsend Building—perfect for keeping dogs comfortable while you prep for the ring. Reserved grooming spaces are available for $85 and cover all three days. Each space is approximately 8' x 8'. Please note: only one size option is available, and no partial-day reservations will be accepted.
A separate section of the Townsend Building will offer free grooming on a first-come, first-served basis. However:

You may not save or tape off areas in the free section.

Crates must be stacked to allow space for all exhibitors.

No ex-pens allowed.
Important Guidelines:

Reservations are for all three days only. No proration and no refunds.
-
No soft-sided or mesh crates in grooming or ringside areas.
-
All electrical cords crossing aisles must be taped down or they will be removed.
-
Electricity must be shared.
-
Each crate must include emergency contact information.
-
Dogs may not be left overnight in the grooming area—the building will be locked nightly.

Grooming spaces must be kept clean daily and will be monitored. Failure to follow committee directions may result in loss of your reserved space.

No rugs or mats are allowed.
Hours & Setup:

Grooming opens Thursday, September 18 at 11:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM.

Friday–Sunday hours: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM (Friday & Saturday), closing after Best in Show on Sunday.

Unloading is at the rear of the Townsend Building only. You’ll be directed to a designated drop-off zone inside the gate. Parking in the unloading area is prohibited—violators will be towed at their own expense.
Reservation Process:

All reservations will be confirmed by email.

Grooming spaces will be clearly marked with your name or assigned number upon arrival.

The area is managed and enforced by WVKC representatives.
