🐾 Zoom into the Action with Fast CAT!
Fast CAT (Coursing Ability Test) is one of the most exciting and entertaining events at our show — and it's open to everyone, whether you're chasing AKC titles or just looking for high-speed fun!
Dogs race down a 100-yard straight track, chasing fast-moving white bags that mimic prey. It’s all about instinct, speed, and joy — and most dogs can’t wait to run!
There will be TWO AKC-approved Fast CAT events each day of the show, running 8 AM–4 PM with a lunch break from 12–1 PM (our volunteers run better when fueled!).
✅ Open to all dogs with an AKC or PAL registration
✅ Great for spectators
✅ Pure adrenaline for dogs and humans alike!

Dock Diving
💦 Dock Diving at the WVKC Dog Show – A Splashing Good Time!
Get ready to make waves — Dock Diving is back and bigger than ever at the 2025 WVKC All-Breed Dog Show!
We’re proud to host a North America Diving Dogs (NADD) Regional Qualifier, and you're invited to compete, learn, or just soak in the action!
🌊 What Is Dock Diving?
Dogs take a running leap off a dock into a 40-foot pool, chasing their favorite toy and showing off serious air time. Some of these high-flying athletes can soar 25 feet or more before they make their splash! It’s thrilling, fast-paced, and absolutely joyful — and dogs love it.
🐕 All Dogs Welcome – All Breeds, All Sizes
Whether you're chasing AKC titles (yes, NADD titles are AKC-recognized!) or just want to see if your pup has what it takes, there’s a spot on the dock for you. Lessons and “Try-Its” are available, making this the perfect way to introduce your dog to one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.

🏕️ Bring Your Gear: Parking is available just outside the west gate. While there’s no parking beside the dock, it’s a short walk, and you can unload tents/crates near the entrance. Plenty of tent space is available ringside.

This event is a must-see — from the incredible athleticism to the sheer joy on every dog’s face, dock diving is a crowd favorite. Bring the whole family and cheer on your favorite canine competitors!

Day-of Entry Only - $25 per test
Dogs who pass the ten-step CGC Test can earn a certificate and/or the official AKC CGC Title.
Is your dog ready to show off? Let us evaluate your dog's tricks to earn AKC Trick Dog Titles! Novice, Intermediate & Advanced Levels available for testing. AKC Trick Dog titles are official AKC titles listed on the dog's title record.

Pee Wee Class! Saturday at Noon
🐾 AKC Pee Wee Junior Showmanship – Saturday at Noon!
🐾Presented by Bark Avenue Grooming and Playcare
Calling all young dog lovers! Join us for a special AKC Pee Wee Junior Showmanship class Saturday at 12:00 PM. This fun, beginner-friendly event is the perfect way to introduce children to the world of dog shows!
Who Can Participate?
👧 Children ages 5 to 9 years old
👨👩👧 Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
🐶 Dogs must be at least 4 months old, properly leashed and collared, and up to date on vaccinations
Details: No entry fee!

Enter on the day of the show (entry limit: 15 children)

All dogs must be registered to participate – if you don’t have one, a dog will be provided.

The class will be judged by Mr. Blake Hansen, who is excited to encourage and inspire our youngest exhibitors!
After the classes, we’ll head to the patio for ice cream and cake – a sweet way to celebrate a day of fun and learning in the ring.
Whether your child is already showing or just wants to try something new, the Pee Wee class is a supportive, confidence-building experience that’s all about having fun with dogs.
