AKC Night FCAT

We have a lot of AKC dog sports enthusiasts living here in Florida. The winter circuit is non-stop with all types of activities for our dogs. Unfortunately, the summer circuit sees a significant drop in outside events. And summer can seem to go on forever. That’s why the West Volusia Kennel Club and Dog Sports Unlimited have partnered to bring night FCAT to central Florida. 

When the sun settles towards the horizon, the dogs can finally come out and play! 

Running FCAT at night allows us to keep the action going through the Florida summer. What better way to celebrate the 4th of July weekend than by joining us in the New Smyrna Beach countryside while we let loose the hounds under the light of the stars.

Advance  Passes:

Passes can be obtained prior to the event by sending a completed Entry Form (separate entry form for each event) and a $25 check to Dog Sports Unlimited at 875 Tater Rd. New Smyrna Beach FL 32168. Any forms not completed correctly or with inaccurate information will not be accepted.

All dogs entering events will need an AKC number (PAL/ILP or Canine Partner). If your dog does not have a number, you can visit one of the following AKC websites:

Day of Event Passes:

Entry forms will be available on site. Fee will be $30

Dogs must be at least 1 year old on the day of the event in order to compete.

Any persons that writes a check with insufficient funds to cover will be assessed a $30 fee per check.

Refunds not provided if any portion of the event is cancelled due to acts of God.
